Alumni Quotes

"The greatest impression on me was the work of the Chicago Exchange in emissions trading, an environmentally-friendly trend. I learned that, notwithstanding the fact that the United States has not signed up to the Kyoto Protocol, the practice of emissions trading does, nonetheless, exist within the country itself. A lecture by Tim Brown, Senior Manager at the Delta Institute at Roosevelt University, comes to mind: Tim Brown proved and submitted data on the impact of emissions trading on air quality in the State of Illinois."

Galina Kuzmina, Krasnoyarsk
Natural Resource Management and Administration, 2006
