Համայնքային կապեր ծրագրի պատմությունը

Համայնքային կապեր ծրագիրը Միացյալ Նահանգների և նախկին Խորհրդային Միության երկրների միջև իրականացվող փոխանակման և վերապատրաստման ամենաերկարատև ու ամենածավալուն ծրագրերից է: Ներկայումս այն գործում է 11 երկրներում: Միայն Ռուսաստանը ունի ծրագրի ավելի քան 5000 շրջանավարտ:

1994թ. ծրագիրը մեկնարկեց որպես "Գործարարություն Ռուսաստանի համար": 1300 ռուս գործարարներ մեկնեցին ծրագրի իրականացման առաջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում:
1996թ. ծրագիրը վերանվանվեց "Համայնքային կապերի", ավելացան մասնագիտական խմբեր: Ծրագրին միացան Մոլդովան և Ուկրաինան:
1997թ. ծրագրին միացան Բելառուսը, Վրաստանը և Հայաստանը:
2005թ.ընթացքում ծրագիրն ունեցել է ավելի քան 10000 շրջանավարտ, որոնցից կեսից ավելին Ռուսաստանից էին:
2005թ. ծրագրի ֆինանսավորումը ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտից անցավ ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալությանը: Եվրասիայի մի շարք երկրներ միացան ծրագրին:
2005թ. "Համաշխարհային ուսուցումը" և նրա ենթակապալառու կազմակերպություններ "Փրոջեքթ Հարմոնին", "Միջազգային կրթության ամերիկյան խորհուրդները" (ՄԿԱԽ) և "Սոցիալական և տնտեսական զարգացման կենտրոնը"(ՍՏԶԿ) նախաձեռնեցին ծրագրի իրականացումը:

Փրոջեքթ Հարմոնի կազմակերպությունը սկսեց հավաքագրել ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության կողմից ֆինանսավորված առաջին խմբերը

Փետրվարի 28, 2006թ.- Ռուսաստանի խումբը մեկնեց Ֆիլադելֆիա, Պենսիլվանիա
Մարտի 14, 2006թ. – Վրաստանի խումբը մեկնեց Չիկագո, Իլինոյս
Ապրիլի 19, 2006թ.- Ադրբեջանի խումբը մեկնեց Դետրոյթ, Միչիգան
Ապրիլի 25, 2006թ.- Հայաստանի խումբը մեկնեց Քեմբրիջ, Մասաչուսեթս
Հուլիսի 12, 2006թ.- Ուկրաինայի խումբը մեկնեց Շարլոտ, Հյուսիսային Կարոլինա

Annual Report - 2008

Attention! Community Connections Annual Report – 2008 is published on the website. 12 groups from Russia participated in training programs in 10 states. Twelve host organizations prepared professional and cultural programs for 118 Russian specialists. The program results are reviewed in the Annual Report – 2008!

Program's results

Alumni of the Community Connections program participate in an online survey, which is administered six months after they completed the program. The goal of the survey is to evaluate the effectiveness of the program and to allow alumni to share news of projects and achievements they have implemented as a result of what they learned from the program.
